be HEALTHY
OK be skinny, healthy, whatever. EAT RIGHT.
healthy tips.. go:
- No soda/pop! EVER! it is so bad for you!! In every way possible!! just gross.
- Fruits and vegetables are necessary!!!
- blueberries are my fav :)
- Follow the food guide
- eat three meals a day plus snacks
- don't eat nothing/less it makes you malnourished and then your look gross,
(basically a circle[stomach] with a bunch of sticks)
SERIOUSLY if you have an eating disorder, see a doctor.
DO NOT cut out ANY food groups EVER!
(unless your a vegetarian/vegan and then make sure you get protein through tofu and etc)

ReplyDeleteif you "can't wake up without your morning coffee" then your very unhealthy!
I gave up coffe for new year and feel so much better and suprisingly awake without it! More alert to shop and write, what else could a girl need...
