be HEALTHYOK be skinny, healthy, whatever. EAT RIGHT.healthy tips.. go:- No soda/pop! EVER! it is so bad for you!! In every way possible!! just gross.- Fruits and vegetables are necessary!!! - blueberries are my fav :)- Follow the food guide- eat three meals a day plus snacks- don't eat nothing/less it makes you malnourished and then your look gross, (basically a circle[stomach] with a bunch of sticks)SERIOUSLY if you have an eating disorder, see a doctor. DO NOT cut out ANY food groups EVER!(unless your a vegetarian/vegan and then make sure you get protein through tofu and etc)and if anyone even reads this.. questions? comments. k peace!
